Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Welather website, online store, all purchases of clothing and related merchandise, and all interactions between you and Welather. By browsing the site, registering an account, placing an order or otherwise accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our website or place orders.

Contracting Parties

The website and store are operated by Welather.

  • Seller / Company: Welather
  • Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order on our website. The sales contract is concluded solely between Welather and the customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place orders. You warrant that all information you submit during checkout is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders if eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Products & Services

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our apparel products, including material, size, color, cut and styling. All product photos, videos, graphics and descriptions on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colors may vary slightly due to screen display, lighting and fabric batch differences and are not considered product defects.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee unlimited stock. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer options of backorder, product substitution or full refund.

3. Price & Payment

  • All displayed prices include applicable sales tax where required.
  • Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping terms vary by delivery destination and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping is only valid under conditions stated in the promotion.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card and other payment gateways displayed on checkout page.
  • Payment will be authorized and charged at the time you submit your order.
  • Billing: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all items plus tax and shipping shown on your checkout summary.

4. Ordering Process

How to place an order

You select items, add to cart, enter shipping and billing information, choose payment method and submit your order on our website.

Conclusion of Contract

Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only after we send you an order confirmation email. Receipt of your checkout confirmation page alone does not equal contract acceptance.

Right to reject or cancel orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, suspend or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailable inventory, violation of terms or inability to verify customer information. If we cancel your order after payment is captured, we will issue a full refund.

5. Complaints, Warranty & Right of Withdrawal

How to submit a complaint

If you receive defective, damaged, wrong or non-conforming goods, you may submit a complaint by email to our customer support. Please provide your order number, description of issue and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 7 calendar days after delivery. Our team will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Consumer rights for defective goods

We warrant that our garments are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. If the product has manufacturing defects, you may request repair, replacement or refund, subject to our inspection. This limited warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper washing, wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration or misuse.

Remedy process for defective goods

After we verify the defect:

  1. We may offer repair where feasible;
  2. If repair is not practical, we may offer replacement of the same or similar item;
  3. If replacement is unavailable, we will process refund for the item price.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

If you are a consumer customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise withdrawal right, notify us by email before expiry of the 14-day period. Goods must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Buyer bears return shipping cost for change-of-mind withdrawal. We will refund product price after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Exclusions apply for customized or personalized products.

6. User Obligations

  1. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete contact, billing and shipping information.
  2. You may use our website only for lawful, personal shopping purposes.
  3. You are prohibited from fraud, false orders, automated scraping, bot attacks, unauthorized data harvesting, or any action that disrupts the website or harms Welather.

7. Intellectual Property

These assets belong to Welather or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, republish or commercially reuse any website content without our prior written permission. You get only a limited personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to view the site.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welather’s total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or product sales shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages including lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption, except where such exclusion cannot be legally enforced.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure of performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, war, governmental restriction, port disruption, carrier failure, labor strikes or supply chain interruption. We will notify you promptly and resume performance as soon as practicable.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Governing Law

These Terms and all purchase contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute handling

Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You may also use alternative dispute resolution services such as mediation before commencing court proceedings.

10. Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Modification of Terms

Welather reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified via website notice or email where applicable. Your continued use of the website after update means you accept the revised Terms.
